Wedding Aftermath

I just wanted to take a quick second to thank EVERYONE who made it out to the wedding and associated festivities.  You all really made it special for me and Crystal.  I will have pictures up soon and yes Tommy and Heidi, you get some kind of award for best photobooth pictures.  With that, I leave you all with this and a promise to have a ton of pictures for you very soon, along with a weekend wrapup blog.

Wedding Updates and Help Our Friends

Here's just a little update on the wedding:

• We have the most awesome venue ever.
• We have an awesome bar w/ some food to compliment it lined up.
• The DJ is onboard and we're in the process of selecting some sick beats for him to mix (suggestions welcome)
• I believe Crystal said something about having flowers there
• There have been a couple of snags with getting T-Pain there (although I'm still confident I can swing it)
• RSVPs are coming in
• Thank you for everyone who checked accept (we can't wait to see all of you)
• We'll miss everyone who can't make it (not cool of you)

So, that's the update.  I would like to wrap up by publicly focusing on two of our friends, Sarah Wright and Drew Buckman.  I just want you to know, no matter what your parents and teachers say, you are someone in my eyes.  It's OK to count yourself as a guest attending.  Everyone please join me in reinforcing how substantial these two people are to build their self-images.  Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise SR and Drew.

Updates and updates

So, the wedding planning is coming together.  Since we have an venue and date nailed down I've added information about the actual wedding.  Invites will be out soon which is pretty exciting.  Crystal and I designed them when I was there last and they came out perfect (I think).  Go ahead and check out the venue page.  If you're planning to attend don't forget the bathing suit.  All of the pools, slides, and LAZY RIVER are heated.  If you're interested in pre wedding partying with us and can spare a Thursday night be sure to let us know (by the way, the day before is St. Patty's Day, so wear green).

Welcome to Our Life Blog

Welcome to the brand new Jones family blog.  Initially this will serve as info on our wedding and engagement and transition to stories and adventures on a week to week basis (which will quickly transition to month to month due to laziness).  For now, we've posted some background on us and the story of how we met and the engagement on pages here (see tabs above).  The information on the wedding will follow.  Until then, have fun learning about us.
